Anna Real Estate
The City of Anna is located in the northeast corner of Collin County on US 75, State Highway 5, and State Highway 121, about 40 miles north of Dallas. A low cost of living, excellent schools, and access to many urban amenities make it one of the fastest growing cities in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, issuing over 300 residential building permits in 2013. Anna has also welcomed over 40 new businesses since 2009, thanks to its affordable real estate, low cost of doing business, a well-educated work force, an active Chamber of Commerce, and consumers dedicated to “buy local.” The Anna Independent School District consists of two elementary schools, one middle school, one high school and athletic facilities and is currently responsible for the education of approximately 2200 students.
In spite of its growth, Anna residents continue to enjoy an unhurried and friendly atmosphere. More than a suburb, Anna is a community. Anna’s parks systems have much to offer, from Natural Springs Park with natural springs and ponds, to those built to support the sports leagues of the active community. The Greater Anna Chamber of Commerce proudly sponsors or co-sponsors four major community events each year including a Golf Outing in April, Anna Fireworks on July 4, Anna Glowfest hot air balloon festival in October and its annual Christmas
